1. Free use

2. Paid features that may come later

Optional features such as "Read again with AI" may become paid later. Such features only work if you turn them on, and we will tell you the price and conditions first. We will not make a feature you use for free today paid without notice.

3. What Mungap reads can be wrong

Mungap reads the type, partner, dates, amounts and expiry dates of documents automatically and offers them as suggestions. It can misread blurry photos or unfamiliar layouts. Please check important values (amounts, expiry dates) against the original document.

4. Please keep your own backups

Mungap's data exists only on your computer. We don't have it, so we cannot restore it for you. Make encrypted backups (Settings › Encrypted backup) on a USB or external drive — we recommend the backup folder, which also keeps the original documents. Mungap does not back up on its own. If you forget a backup password, nobody can open that backup.

4-1. New versions

Once a day, Mungap checks whether a new version exists and tells you. It installs one only when you choose "Install new version". We recommend making a backup first.
